Micro Case Study: Community Coaching Walk

Zebras Unite London Chapter 🦓

🎯 COMMUNITY WALK AIM:

Connect with each other and build resilience

🌳 WHAT HAPPENED:

Community members were guided through activities and conversations as they walked and talked together along the Barbican Highwalk in central London. The group bonded with each other as they shared experiences and reflected on what supports their wellbeing and resilience.  The walk ended with an exploration of the beautiful Barbican conservatory and brunch at a nearby restaurant.

☀️ WHAT THEY SAID:

“Anise’s walk with the Zebras Unite community was invigorating and stimulating for our community as a whole. From the exercises that she put us through, to the way she challenged us to examine our environments without judgement, to the conversational prompts we had with the fellow walkers around us, it was definitely one of the best events myself and the rest of the leadership team at Zebras Unite have seen.”

“What an invigorating way to start the day! Anise’s warm and welcoming energy, thoughtful discussion questions and great walking format naturally had our group from the Zebras Unite community strolling around the wonderful setting of the Barbican Highwalk engaged in open 1:1 conversations, diving into the theme of resilience, which couldn’t be more relevant in our current times, and forming immediate connections with one another and bonding as a group…It was my first time meeting the London chapter of Zebra Unite and what a unique experience I thoroughly enjoyed which stands out amongst other events.”
