🎯 WELLBEING WALK AIM:
Feel recharged and learn more about resilience and wellbeing
🌳 WHAT HAPPENED:
At a stressful period in the term, this small group of university staff took this valuable time to feel energised by wandering, being present, chatting and laughing. The group was guided and coached through activities and conversations on a route through streets and green spaces in central London. Using resilience tools, they gained a new perspective on their own wellbeing and had space to feel restored and reset.
