WINTER WAYFINDING WALK
What's next for you in your work?
Are you running from meeting to meeting with an overflowing inbox? Do you need headspace to review and focus?
When we are busy, we can react by doing more. We become even busier, tired and overwhelmed. Instead, this is the time to review, prioritise and build resilience.
Its time to take the Wayfinding Walk
This is a coaching walk designed to help you take stock and be clear about what to focus on next.
You will appreciate where you are at right now with your work, build your resilience and be ready to find your way forward.
In the darker days of winter we need to keep moving and spend time outside. Benefits of winter walking include sunlight, exercise, stress relief and fresh air. Walks will be adapted as needed as the weather changes.
How it works
Join Anise for a 45 minute Winter Wayfinding Walk in a green or quiet space within central London.
At the end, you will:
- feel energised and motivated
- have reviewed the last few months
- be clear where to focus your energy at work in the coming months
- know the next step to take
for a one-to-one 45 minute walk
between December and March

What do walk participants say?
“I found it very useful. The spots Anise chose to stop and guide us to the next exploration were different and great to discover. The awareness we all reached at the end was incredible. It is really like a path unfolding itself.”
“A wonderful way to spend the morning evaluating both me personally and my business. Being outdoors makes it a lot less scary than trying to work it out either at your desk or at home”
“Taking time out to walk, talk, reflect, and plan – especially when it seems I haven’t the time to take time out – is critical!
What I can achieve in an hour spent in a park with Anise is easily as valuable as anything I could achieve at a desk in a day.”
“I recommend such a walk. It allows one to pause and reflect and get a renewed sense of direction.”
Why Coaching while Walking?
Walking alone has over a hundred physical and mental health benefits. It also improves thinking and creativity.
By walking we can have a digital detox and get out of our usual work place.
Walking while coaching creates a supportive space and gives an exciting sense of possibility.
It helps you to think in new ways, move through blockages and connect with the environment and people around you.
